After placing your order, please allow for 3 days to process before shipping out. We use UPS Ground shipping service throughout the United States, with typical delivery times within 3-7 business days.

Shipping for the Single Diploma Frame with Artwork, Single Diploma Frame, and Diploma Frame is a flat $25.

Shipping for the Double Diploma Frame and Large Double Diploma Frame is a flat fee of $35.

Our no hassle return policy:

If your diploma frame is damaged during shipping. Please contact us for a full refund or exchange.

If you are unsatisfied or unhappy with your new diploma frame, please contact us for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping), or exchange.

Please note: we can not accept refunds on undamaged custom orders.
